In questo libro edito da Chiarelettere nel 2012, l'ex magistrato Bruno Tinti fa una breve ricapitolazione dell'evasione fiscale in Italia attraverso condoni, corruzione, IVA e imposte indirette nonché dell'importanza dell'articolo 53 della Costituzione Italiana "Tutti sono tenuti a concorrere alle spese pubbliche in ragione della loro capacità contributiva" per la tenuta complessiva dello stato di diritto in Italia. La sua esperienza nel perseguimento di reati fiscali e la propria partecipazione ad una commissione tecnica nel tentativo di stilare una legge più efficace. Naturalmente c'è anche la politica che negli anni alzava la soglia di punibilità, depenalizzava il falso in bilancio (unico caso al mondo) e imponeva la competenza per territorio affossando difatto tutti i processi fino al Governo Monti che abbassando la soglia per uso dei contanti (poi rialzata) e avviando la comunicazione degli estratti conto segnano la storia d'Italia che si riflette inevitabilmente in un aumento del nero, della povertà per finire in un'etica dell'illegalità ormai predominante. L'ipotesi di patrimoniale è brevemente trattata. La proposta finale è il cosiddetto "Conflitto di interessi" fra cittadini ossia la "deduzione totale" per i contribuenti entro delle soglie da definire per le spese primarie; nessuno si illude che l'evasione del popolo delle Partite IVA è il problema quantitativamente maggiore, ma deve convenire a tutti fare emergere in modo trasparente con i pagamenti in digitale di tutti i beni la propria posizione contributiva per pagare in modo proporzionato come nel citato articolo 53 e mantenere la coesione sociale, i servizi funzionanti una società giusta ed un economia innovativa e funzionale al benessere del cittadino.
