Memes in digital culture is an original small book about the "Meme" or virals phenomenon shared on the internet. The network individuality & the small differences of the two terms sign the evolution and spread of contents created or remake one generally from the individuals who tend to joke or provocate various reactions and that raise some important question of participation in open democracy or in a totalitarian state. The celebrities are also part of this frame, but others aspects play roles such as the social, culture, gender, language & geography; photo, video, animated gif and why not the advertising contribute to elaborate a general mood of people in ordinary life in a Society of spectacle and direct communication, one phenomenon that will persist onward aiding the creativity of our societies but more relevant "Internet memes have indeed become powerful - yet often invisible - agents of globalization".
