Chris Anderson - Free: How today's smartest businesses profit by giving something for nothing

Free is what I had tried to understand in many years & perhaps now it tap on my mind.
There can be a simple slogan, but how on my own belief is a realm of internet. The old economy assumption that should be paid every human scarce resource is far more of my mind as can be communism for people borned from 1980. I still imagine that one sense of human positive being can be proved by these richness of information or bytes creation as skype for calls,  www.plosone.org for science knowledge, http://boinc.berkeley.edu for your own science collaboration,  Linux Ubuntu Operating System (for personal computer), Facebook for relationship & exchange of opinions, www.sports-tracker.com for the sports, http://www.archive.org for software, documents, music & video under creative commons license, Amazon to catching many books as this; also altough the mental barrier is most important to overcome (in Italy especially) the provincialism.

The book (257 pages) is aloud the 21th century, business & non, model of thinking. Has three section for 16 chapters: 1° what is free? 2° digital free 3° freeconomics and the free world, but explain fair the change of the possibility of business in first example and in mind for far. As the politics taught us, we can change our mind or wait that world around change us. Free is easy explained as Moore law, chip that form all electronic products isn't only concept for geeks, or for mp3 music, but for photo's, calls, tv, radio, informations in general or more easy how I see eCommerce.

Freemium model of Google is the bigger, you know Google Earth, Gmail, Youtube, Picasa that just cost 0. The old economy assumption that should be paid every human scarce resource is far more of my mind as can be communism for people borned after 1980. Also the waste problem is incorpored in it, but for counter deductive experience we can say that we live in a small solar system not paid for living. Ok I mean that now maybe we can be the first generation that not have the same prospect of our fathers, but if we believe in us, we can detach that the human being can be lived with few effort of measure all with money. In the last chapter I look one idea of reading: The High Cost of Free Parking - Donald Shoup that explain the value of nature in relation to man.
